RETURNS

Should you change your mind prior to product being shipped, we will happily change your order or refund. Once items have been logged with the courier, no changes are possible.

Because of the intimate nature of the products, we do not offer returns, unless the product is faulty, and/or not as described, in which case we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantee Act (NZ) 1993. it is the buyers responsibility to inspect the product on arrival, and notify us within 24hrs of receipt of any faults. Proof of purchase will be required. Postage to return goods, will be the responsibility of the purchaser.


FLOW will exchange or refund any full price item purchased online, with the exception of beauty products.

Returns must be received within 14 days from the original purchase date. Items received outside of this period will not be accepted.

All sale items cannot be returned for a refund, But can be returned for an exchange or store credit.

If you return a sale item to us for a refund, we will be unable to process it and will have it shipped back to you at your own expense.

FLOW is not liable for the loss of items being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
